Alvin and Joy find immense joy in seeing children learn, laugh, and grow, whether it is through warm hugs with their teachers or the simple magic of play. Their mission is to serve families and communities with love, making Just 4 Kids Preschool a true reflection of their passion for education, family, and community connection. They continue to expand their reach, striving to inspire more young minds and make a lasting impact on more families.

Married for 23 years, Alvin and Joy’s story is one of deep faith, perseverance, and love. Their journey together included a full decade of living apart as they pursued a better life, first Alvin and then Joy and their two children, immigrating from the Philippines to the United States. During that time, they were often separated by oceans and time zones, yet united by their shared purpose. Their family was later blessed with their third child, a beautiful reminder of their journey and the fulfillment of their dreams. Today, they cherish the gift of togetherness and honor that same spirit through their labor of love, which is evident in the five thriving locations of Just 4 Kids Preschool.

With a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a minor in education, Alvin has taught at every level from early childhood to college and brings extensive experience in sales and marketing. Joy, with over 20 years of customer service experience, adds warmth, compassion, and a strong sense of connection to families and staff alike. Together, they create a nurturing and engaging environment that embodies the values of Just 4 Kids Preschool.

We have been voted “Best in the Desert” (California High Desert) by readers of Daily Press for three years now. We are honored to be voted as the best of category for Childcare and Daycare.

Help the Underprivileged Gain Access to Education

We strongly believe in community give-back. Our donations through AnCOP, Answering the Cry of the Poor, have given 15 students in the Philippines and Latin American countries the gift of Education through scholarship, many of whom would not have otherwise had access to schooling.
